Lora (Crain) Quinton , 83, of Quinton, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Quinton Manor. She was born November 21, 1936 in Quinton to Otto & Milre (Hammon) Crain. Lora married Willis Quinton Sr. on November 22, 1954 and lived her entire life in Quinton, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, embroidering and cooking. Lora is survived by her 3 sons & daughters-in-laws; Willis & Diann of Quinton, OK., James & Denice Quinton of Kinta, OK., Paul & Dana Quinton of Quinton, OK.; 9 grandchildren & spouses, Eric & Ariel Quinton of Verdigris, OK., Daniel & Jennifer Quinton of McAlester, OK., Amanda & Mike Pope of McAlester, OK., Heidi & Michael Ellenwood of Quinton, OK.,Nick Quinton & Hailey Self of Checotah, Rebecca Hogan of Quinton, OK., Valeria & Jon Quinton-McCann of Quinton, OK., Emily & William Bradley of Broken Arrow, OK., Riley Turpin of Denver, CO.; numerous great grandchildren. Lora was proceeded in death by her parents, Otto & Milre Crain; her husband, Willis Quinton; 2 brothers, William Crain & John Crain; 2 sisters, Dorothy Franks & Linda Crain. Private Family Graveside Service with Pastor George Mantooth officiating. Honorary Pallbearers include 9 grandchildren, Eric Quinton, Daniel Quinton, Amanda Pope, Heidi Ellenwood, Nick Quinton, Rebecca Hogan, Valerie Quinton-McCann, Emily Bradley, Riley Turpin. Burial will follow immediately under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
